Tricia has been very helpful with us to sell our house and to purchase a house for about 6 months. She has been so patient in dealing with me and my husband because our opinions of homes were very different at times. She showed us a variety of homes and made her self available with little notice if we wanted to view a home. She would respond to my text and emails very quickly which made me feel important and appreciated as a customer. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Knowledgeable realitor, who was able to find homes fitting my needs and the accommodations for my mom, she worked hard and also found an error with the lending and referred me to a better lender and a more suitable loan type, she was also accomadating to my appointment times around my work schedule, overall a pleasant experience.
She was awesome! She made me feel at home in a new and foreign environment and walked me through a process with which I was totally unfamiliar....unbelievable support and direction. Her input and consideration significantly reduced the stress associated with finding a new home and relocating. I would recommend her in her heartbeat!

We had such a positive experience with Tricia working for us. She guided through the process of buying and selling a house flawlessly. She is very dedicated and works hard. I don't think she sleeps. Tricia was so helpful. She always kept me up to date on my home purchase. When I called with questions and concerns, she returned my calls quickly,and knew the answers. Good experience I've would recommend Tricia to friends. Tricia is new but is very qualified, goes all out to help. WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR experience of selling our house. Tricia did a very good job of getting our house sold. It was a mobile home on a basement which caused allot of challenges but Tricia worked through them all. Allot was learned in the experience. We are very Happy with Tricia and all her hard work getting the job done. Would definitely recommend her to friends or anobody wanting to sell their home.
