Tricia was excellent to work with. She was very available and easy to reach during the whole process of looking for a home. I had a budget and high expectations and she was very patient; looking at many houses and searching hard to find me a good deal. When I finally found one that I loved it had multiple offers on it but she was able to work with the seller and get it for me and at a good price! I would highly recommend Trish

Working with Tricia was great- she answered all of our questions during the process immediately, she advocated on our behalf, and she always had a great attitude. Hopefully we don't have to buy another house with her soon, but you should.
Tricia was so knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process of showing me a home straight through closing. It was great having someone to go to who could explain everything to me along the way. Her responsiveness was great as well. On several occasions I emailed her with a 'no rush-please respond when you get a chance' type of email, and she would call me back as soon as she saw the email, and more than once on a weekend.
Tricia showed us 3 different places before we found the one we wanted. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. Tricia was available literally at all hours - we put our offer in at 10pm on a Sunday!! Tricia made recommendations when it came to negotiating, inspecting, and the mortgage process.
