Tricia recently sold a house for us and her team was extremely responsive and effective. We received three offers above asking price on the day that the house was listed and we closed in less than six weeks from the listing date. This was the third time that we worked with Tricia (once as a buyer's rep and twice as a seller's rep). She excelled each time!

Very helpful from start to finish. Always replies very fast and on top of all paperwork and questions along the way. With our house, we had to go back and forth with the sellers on some things, and she kept everything going smoothly and quickly.

Boy did i luck in finding Jen Hercreg! Jen is great Real Estate Agent and a very nice person as well. I highly recommend Jen as your agent. I was looking for a condo in the Milwaukee area neighborhoods. I had certain criteria and of course a budget that I was trying to follow. Over the course of 3 to 4 months, Jen and i hit probably about 15 different condos in many different neighborhoods. Made the whole thing easy, didn’t have a probable at all with anything. Always was on time, and very helpful. Responded to emails and texts very quickly, 10 out of 10, will recommend.

Jen was a knowledgeable, affable realtor who was very detail oriented.She caught an important slip that I had made. Thank goodness! I appreciate that she was respectful to both parties, not just me. I would use her again but I hope I don’t have to anytime soon!

Tricia was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly and accommodating and very patient throughout the whole home search/buying process. Both my wife and I have busy schedules and she was able to get us in to coordinate multiple showings at a time, even on short notice. We felt her advice was honest and objective and helped us make the right decision on our new home! Highly recommended!
