I was referred to Tricia from a co-worker. We were looking to purchase our 1st home. Tricia was great from the start of the entire process to the end. We were able to look at about 6 homes or so before we ended up making the purchase. Tricia has helped us with both buying and selling homes. She gave great advice on pricing, was exceedingly quick to respond, and technically savvy. She had our home both professionally photographed and digitized so that online buyers could virtually travel through the home and see the entire house from all angles.
