Tricia recently sold a house for us and her team was extremely responsive and effective. We received three offers above asking price on the day that the house was listed and we closed in less than six weeks from the listing date. This was the third time that we worked with Tricia (once as a buyer's rep and twice as a seller's rep). She excelled each time!

Very helpful from start to finish. Always replies very fast and on top of all paperwork and questions along the way. With our house, we had to go back and forth with the sellers on some things, and she kept everything going smoothly and quickly.

Boy did i luck in finding Jen Hercreg! Jen is great Real Estate Agent and a very nice person as well. I highly recommend Jen as your agent. I was looking for a condo in the Milwaukee area neighborhoods. I had certain criteria and of course a budget that I was trying to follow.
