Jen is a very professional real estate agent and absolutely fantastic to work with. She is extremely knowledgably of the industry and in the know as to what is going on in the market. Something that stands out to me about her is her exceptional communication. During the selling process she kept us informed every step of the way. She made the whole process so easy. I would recommend Tricia to anyone who would listen! We were first time homebuyers, and Tricia couldn't have been more patient or helpful. She made us feel like we were her only clients, and her response time was almost immediate. Tricia is professional, direct, fair, and a pleasure to be around. I don't want to move ever again, but if we do I would call her immediately.

She was very responsive and flexible working around my schedule. She was an intricate part of my homebuying experience. The recommendations with lenders and house inspectors helped out tremendously. She was very willing to work with me when making offers. I wouldn't have been able to purchase my home without her.

Tricia was phenomenal, we lived over two hours away and she was always easy to reach and even did showings while FaceTiming with us. She listened to what we wanted and delivered what she said she would. Both her and her team were very professional and responsive. I’ll absolutely call her for my next home!

My wife and I just recently sold our home with the help of Liz Lopez. Our closing date was 3/26/2021. It was an overwhelming process at times but Liz helped make it go as smooth as possible.she is very knowledgeable and hard working.
