My furnace and ac were on their way out so I needed to replace them. I contacted a few companies to give me estimates. Chad was great to work with. He responded to my inquiry quickly and made it to my house in two days to look at my furnace and ac. He was honest and with me and his price was the by far the best of all of the estimates. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like the other companies. He was able to complete my install within a week of signing a contract and it took just a day to complete. When it came time to replace our furnace and central air system we secured 3 different quotes. Above & beyond being the most reasonable quote, the representative from Universal who didn’t make us feel like we were being upsold. (Read between the lines, other companies were worried about making more money off of us) He asked what we were looking for , offered suggestions, and then a wonderful price. I LOVE this family business! I have been working with Universal Heating for over 17 years now. Not only have they done work for me but I highly recommend them to my real estate clients! My clients love that they come out quickly and have very knowledgeable crew. We have never been "sold" anything! They offer information and education to make sure you get the right fit for YOU! Their prices are very fair....much cheaper than the folks who you see in TV ads! I am very happy with Universal Heating and give them 5 plus stars!!!

I began using Universal when I purchased my 1st house in 2007. I had them yearly come to clean my A/C unit and furnace. Never had an issue with the company or their workers. One cleaning, Russ advised me that our furnace was probably on its way out. I started saving that spring and that winter, our furnace went on us. Universal installed a new, high efficiency furnace the next day and I had the payment in full because of the heads up I was given earlier that year. Been a customer since 1999. Universal recently replaced my HVAC and water heater. I solicited 3 quotes and their estimate was the best of the three for the same brand (*****) and size HVAC system. Chadd answered my many questions and made good recommendations for the product, never trying to upsell. Installation was scheduled at my convenience and the installers did a great job and kept me informed of their progress and answered my questions. Universal came out last year to look at our AC that had stopped working suddenly, they replaced the circuit board and it worked again. Same thing happened this summer (less than a year after they were here the first time) so we called them again to come back out and look at it. The man was rude, he kept going in and out slamming my doors and then kept telling me he was giving us the benefit of the doubt about there being water on the circuit board even though they were the last ones to replace it, so I am not sure what he wa... read more
