As an older woman I need to have service people I can rely on and who are reasonably priced with good and honest servicing. Universal is all of that and more. They are personable, never arm twisting, but consistent with reminding me when it's time to check my furnace and cooling systems.

Scheduled inspection and cleaning and maintenance if required. Called before coming, showed up on time, and visit was quick and thorough. Reliable, and comforting to know they will be there if I have any problems or concerns with my heating and cooling systems going forward.

We were very pleased with the quick, SAME DAY response for our service call. Our technician, Russ, performed a quick diagnosis, found that the control wire to the condenser control circuit board was shorted, caused by an animal chewing on the wire, which fortunately caused the fuse on the circuit board to blow, hence saving the control circuit board from costly damage! Our technician, replaced the damaged control wire and the fuse at no cost for the materials. Our only fee was the cost of a service call and 1/2 hour labor. T... read more

U overall heating and Cooling are very professional. They throughly and carefully inspect the furnace. They are an honest company, which is very much appreciated in this day and age.

I have used Universal Heating and Cooling several times and they are great, whether it was for a new Hot Water Heater or problems with our Boiler. They are on time every time and our technician Russ is very knowledgeable and explains everything when you ask him a question. Very reasonable pricing as well. Thanks Universal!!!

I shopped around for a humidifier, Universal's quote was affordable compared to the other quotes I received. The two installers were great, courteous, and professional. When they were finished, they gave me a few pointers on how to keep the water lines clean of algae when changing my filter. The company that installed my furnace and AC unit never mention or showed me how. The technicials took the time and explained exactly what I should do.
