I used Universal heating to get a second opinion. Was so glad I did.?the first company told me I needed a new furnace because the heat exchanger was in poor condition. The Universal representative examined the furnace and told me it was old but in good shape. He explained to me why the earlier company could know that the heat exchanger was in bad condition.
