My furnace and ac were on their way out so I needed to replace them. I contacted a few companies to give me estimates. Chad was great to work with. He responded to my inquiry quickly and made it to my house in two days to look at my furnace and ac. He was honest and with me and his price was the by far the best of all of the estimates. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need like the other companies. He was able to complete my install within a week of signing a contract and it took just a day to complete. Universal Heating & Cooling has done the original insulation in 2006 as well as Preventive Maintenace. Emergency response was excellent and at a fair price.
