Fan motor went out on a brand new 2 year old unit. Parts still under warranty. Took 24 minutes total to replace. Charged $79 service fee and $265 for labor. Bought a brand new water heater and cooling/heating unit with them in one year and this is how we get treated just because we didn’t pay for their annual service contract. Who can afford an annual service contract after paying for two large items and who expects their fan to go out in just two years.
275 dollars of labor for a 24 minute replacement of a fan motor on a 2 yr old system plus the 79 service call. Terrible customer service
I was supposed to have my ac unit serviced 2 months ago but due to Covid it was push back once or twice. So... yesterday my air went out and today i called for service. The lady looks up my account and told me i can have someone come out today AND that she see's my ac service date that i was previously rescheduled was scheduled for tomorrow.
