I am 14 year active duty service member. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience. Fan motor went out on a brand new 2 year old unit. Parts still under warranty. Took 24 minutes total to replace. Charged $79 service fee and $265 for labor. Bought a brand new water heater and cooling/heating unit with them in one year and this is how we get treated just because we didn’t pay for their annual service contract. Who can afford an annual service contract after paying for two large items and who expects their fan to go out in just two years.
