When we decided to go with Kerri Payne James she made us feel so comfortable she is very very knowledgeable she gave us the most important tips on what we needed to do to sell our home. If we ever move back she will and is the only realtor we will call. This realtor company is top notch and they go over and beyond for their clients I would recommend anyone to Kerri Payne James.

Kerri is an amazing realtor! She makes herself available to her clients and has great negotiation skills. As a family who relocated to Midland, we could not have asked for a better realtor! Mr. James guided my wife and I through the our first time buying a home with unbelievable patience, humor and charisma. When anything went he wrong he went out of his way to help us. At the day of closing, he found a repair that needed to be done. He quickly found someone to do the work, talked through the seller, got them to pay for it and was fixed by afternoon! Mr. James is the person to talk to about buying a home. I was genuinely scared and confused but he made the process easy and painless.

I LOVEEE Alex! Not only was she my realtor during my home buying process. She was also a great friend! Being a first time homebuyer is stressful and an emotional rollercoaster. Alex was there to help me see through it all. She is great at what she does. Would choose her over and over again!

Very professional Team. They have an interdisciplinary group that take care of every aspect of the house. You can tell they want the best for the seller and buyer. They were checking on our house while it was empty. Any time temperature was dropping, someone went to the house to make sure heater was on, doors cabinets opened, etc. They showed they care about the house.
