Kerri was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. She was patient when she spent an entire day showing us house after house. We moved from another city, so she was very understanding that we had a limited window to look at homes. She even entertained our toddler while my husband and I looked at homes and discussed things! She went above and beyond, and was so personable and professional. We would highly recommend Kerri!
Kerri is not only the best realtor, but she is also a great person!! She was super attentive, quickly responds, and has even helped us after purchasing our home when we needed a few questions answered. Kerri is the best and my husband and I highly recommend her.
Kerri took a personal interest in my needs the entire way throughout this transaction. She and her team went way above and beyond. It was a difficult property to say the least. I won’t use anyone else for future real estate transactions here in West Texas.
I can’t say enough about how great Kerri was through the search and closing process. Very responsive and knowledgeable. She is hands down the best agent I have worked with.
Kerri represented us in the listing and sale of our house. She is very knowledgeable of the market and responsive to questions and concerns. Our house was under contract within a day of listing. She and her team kept us apprised of every step in the sale process. We would highly recommend Kerri and her team for the sale or purchase of a home.
Krista was a true professional and responsive to all needs and concerns. She made the sell of our home seamless and an overall great experience with an accurate market value price. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking quality results.
Wow! Krista is amazing and always went above and beyond to make our selling process progress rapidly! Any issues from outside contractors were resolved quickly and professionally by Krista, extremely helpful since I was negotiating everything from Colorado, almost 1000 miles away. Krista is not only my realtor, but I truly consider her a dear friend! Sincerely, R. Kim Wrinkle Silverton, CO
Kerri and her team have a high level of professionalism. Kerri was very attuned to the current market and priced our home perfectly...she told us that it was a perfect time to sell and got the listing out on all sites and to other realtors. We sold our home in 1 week because of that. Kerri's team includes not only the office pro's that help her daily but an interior decorator who helped us stage our home, a professional photographer who took outstanding photos as well as contractors and cleaners, should you need them. When we decided to go with Kerri Payne James she made us feel so comfortable she is very very knowledgeable she gave us the most important tips on what we needed to do to sell our home. If we ever move back she will and is the only realtor we will call. This realtor company is top notch and they go over and beyond for their clients I would recommend anyone to Kerri Payne James.
