Kerri is an amazing realtor! She makes herself available to her clients and has great negotiation skills. As a family who relocated to Midland, we could not have asked for a better realtor! Our experience was fantastic! Kerri is extremely knowledgeable about Midland, and she is a great resource for her clients who are trying to purchase a home in Midland. We would highly recommend using Kerri Payne James if you are looking to buy or sell a home!

Mr. James guided my wife and I through the our first time buying a home with unbelievable patience, humor and charisma. When anything went he wrong he went out of his way to help us. At the day of closing, he found a repair that needed to be done. He quickly found someone to do the work, talked through the seller, got them to pay for it and was fixed by afternoon! Mr. James is the person to talk to about buying a home. I was genuinely scared and confused but he made the process easy and painless.

I LOVEEE Alex! Not only was she my realtor during my home buying process. She was also a great friend! Being a first time homebuyer is stressful and an emotional rollercoaster. Alex was there to help me see through it all. She is great at what she does. Would choose her over and over again!

Very professional Team. They have an interdisciplinary group that take care of every aspect of the house. You can tell they want the best for the seller and buyer. They were checking on our house while it was empty. Any time temperature was dropping, someone went to the house to make sure heater was on, doors cabinets opened, etc. They showed they care about the house. They offer you everything that you need to make a successful deal. Marketing, maintenance, advisors, etc. All personnel were friendly, and willing to answer a... read more

Krista is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market and provided valuable insight during my home buying process. After deciding on a house, she got the comps prepared quickly and ensured we stayed on track once we entered into escrow. Krista is reliable and efficient, and I would recommend her to anyone looking of a real estate agent.

I've worked with this team twice while being relocated with my profession. I've purchased, and sold with this group and both times were an excellent experience. Kerri and her team work tirelessly, regardless of the time or day of the week. I can't say enough about how impressive, and personable they are in handling their business.

Krista was great to work with. She was very accommodating and was always available when I had questions or wanted to look at a home on short notice. She also had great knowledge of the areas and neighborhoods where I was house hunting.
