Erica did a great job scheduling showings, recommending clients and things to look for prior to showings. Her communication skills were great and more than we could ask for. Definitely made a seamless transaction from listing to closing. She always open to work with our schedule and answer all our questions in a timely manner.

In a market with high rates, homes are sitting and dropping in price, Kerri and her team took over my listing on a Wednesday and had it under contract by Saturday. Her whole team works for you, taking more off your plate as a seller/home buyer. There really is no comparison to Kerri and the Agency.

I can't say enough good things about Kerri and her team (shout out to Alex). I sold 4 properties with her over a period of 6 months, and she really took a lot of the burden off of me as the seller. There are so many realtors out there looking to do as little work as possible but still make a commission, but Kerri is the exact opposite.
