He is full of energy and will do his best to get the sale done. He has been a salesman since he was in high school and has gotten quite masterful with his technique. He is always polite, helpful, and courteous. When you call or text him, he gets right back to you. He is a great guy and I will get him to help the next time I need to list and sell my properties.

Worked with Kerri Payne and she was awesome. She was patient, and showed us all of the different types of properties in the area. She was more than willing to share her experience and to offer solutions that would be helpful to us in this new city! She was knowledgeable of the relocation process and helped us get to a quick close. Her customer service was great and she didn’t waste a lot of time showing us houses that she didn’t think that we would like. I will likely be a repeat customer.

I have used Victoria on numerous acquisitions and sales. She has the best local knowledge of the market and by far the best team in place. Her team has streamlined processes in place to make it easy on the buyer & seller. And they always follow up immediately. They are the best real estate brokers and property management personnel in town.

She had the skill, resources and excellent staff ensuring that my house sold for the asking price and within the time limit I was working. Victoria was fantastic throughout the whole process. Incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process and has a whole team working in the background to help every step of the way. We got a ton of feedback on the house right after each showing so that we knew exactly where we stood with potential buyers. We sold the house within the first week on the market. Victoria and her team made the whole process as stress-free as possible and we couldn't be happier.

Victoria and her team we absolutely amazing to work with! Very professional and on top of things. I needed help with repairs quickly and she was able to help get an electrician and HVAC person in immediately (same day!).
