Kerri and the staff were professional and did a great job. Kerri helped us buy this home in 2017 and then sell the same home in 2020. I feel she went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with both the purchase and with the sale. Kerri held many open houses to show our home and this along with a very visual presence on the property helped in selling this house.

Kerri helped us for almost 2 yrs before we found a house that worked for us. We enjoyed working with her, yes we would most definitely recommend Kerri. She knows the area, she 's a fun, and down to earth person. We viewed homes in Midland, Odessa, and Andrews. We chose Andrews and she made the extra effort for us.

Kerri made the entire process painless. Fun to be around and very responsive to our needs. We even had kids with us and she was very accommodating. We found exactly what we wanted within a day in a tough seller's market and had the offer submitted and accepted very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a stressful time. She even still sends us Christmas cards. We will definitely use her again if we have to sell this house.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the work and number of showings that I had with my house by the Victoria Printz team. I had well over 60 showings. When the right person wanted to buy, the deal was closed within 24 hours and everything we agreed to between the buyers and myself went off without a clitch. Perfect!!
