Kerri was well-prepared and thoughtful in how our home was to be marketed and listed. The people that bought our home came to the house within 2 hours of it being listed! Kerri helped me buy my home in 2016 and I had such a good experience she was my first call when I needed to sell the same home 4 years later in 2020. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and very helpful throughout the whole process. Even in an uncertain and changing housing market in 2020, she helped manage my expectations around timing and pricing and in the end I was very happy with the sale we made. I have and will continue to recommend her whenever possible!
