Victoria was a huge help to us on the entire process of selling our home in Midland during the chaos from Covid and the latest downturn. She and her staff were complete professionals in these uncertain times and were very proactive in helping us navigate decisions/challenges that came up. I would 100% recommend giving her a call.
Kerri was very patient as we worked through exactly what we were looking for, allowing us to look at townhomes, older homes, new construction & acreage outside of town. Eventually we ended up making an offer on the perfect house & Kerri was there every step of the way to ensure it was a painless process.
Krista was a joy to work with! She knew exactly how to navigate the industry and was prompt all throughout the process. Krista went above and beyond to get us the home of our dreams.
Naturally, the Victoria Printz team was the real estate company we knew we would use when we were ready to sell our home. She has been the top producing agent in Midland, Texas for several years running. Not only that, but she’s a personal friend of ours and is one of the nicest, kindest people we’ve ever known. She takes great care of her business. Phone calls and messages are always answered immediately. She’s rarely unavailable, but if she ever is, she will have one of her team call and solve the problem or answer a quest... read more
Kerri Payne made buying a new home easy. Very good communication and responsiveness. She guided us through the process with no complications. We will recommend her to anyone we know trying to buy or sell a house
Kerri Payne is an amazing agent! She was very knowledgable about Inspections and who to call for what. She negotiated to get us all the terms we requested. She gave me peace of mind through the entire process. This transaction was far from a cake walk but Kerri helped me tackle every hurdle that came our way! So grateful for her guidance and expertise.
Kerri did a great job for us on the recent (May 2020) sale of our home in Odessa. If your looking for an real estate professional that follows up with you and is knowledgeable and available to answer you questions while assisting you in buying or selling your next home, I would look no further than Kerri!
Victoria was wonderful! This was our first time selling a home, and Victoria made the process easy! She was always transparent and honest, and was available practically 24/7 to answer our questions. Great negotiation skills, got us exactly what we wanted for the house in an extremely difficult market! We can’t recommend Victoria enough, if we ever return to Midland she’s at the top of our list!
Victoria Printz helped my family sell our home in Midland very quickly in a difficult time.
