Victoria was wonderful! This was our first time selling a home, and Victoria made the process easy! She was always transparent and honest, and was available practically 24/7 to answer our questions. Great negotiation skills, got us exactly what we wanted for the house in an extremely difficult market! We can’t recommend Victoria enough, if we ever return to Midland she’s at the top of our list!

He is full of energy and will do his best to get the sale done. He has been a salesman since he was in high school and has gotten quite masterful with his technique. He is always polite, helpful, and courteous. When you call or text him, he gets right back to you. He is a great guy and I will get him to help the next time I need to list and sell my properties.

Worked with Kerri Payne and she was awesome. She was patient, and showed us all of the different types of properties in the area. She was more than willing to share her experience and to offer solutions that would be helpful to us in this new city! She was knowledgeable of the relocation process and helped us get to a quick close. Her customer service was great and she didn’t waste a lot of time showing us houses that she didn’t think that we would like. I will likely be a repeat customer.

Her team has streamlined processes in place to make it easy on the buyer & seller. And they always follow up immediately. They are the best real estate brokers and property management personnel in town.

Victoria was fantastic throughout the whole process. Incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire process and has a whole team working in the background to help every step of the way. We got a ton of feedback on the house right after each showing so that we knew exactly where we stood with potential buyers. We sold the house within the first week on the market.
