I love my school. I have made so many close friends and great memories. Because it is a small school, everyone knows each other. It is nice because you can always make conversation with whoever you walk by. There are many groups of friends that are nice enough to allow anyone into. If I had to pick a school to attend, I would definitely chose The Academy again.

My school has its ups and downs, but, overall, I am happy it is the school I attend. What I like about the school is that it is smaller. With a smaller school, students can build personal relationships with the staff, as well as other students. For instance, all of the teachers are very close to their students and are willing to put in extra time for our needs. Also, since attending The Academy, I have made many lifelong friends. Overall, I would choose this school again.

Our polices for dress code have become less strict in some areas but stricter in others. We are no longer allowed to show any part of are shoulders but we are now alowed to wear sweats and have unnatural color. we also are not supposed to be allowed to wear house slippers but we get away with it alot of the time. Our school is stricter at times but most of the time we get away with alot of things.

The Academy is school that focuses mainly on academics we have honors and ap classes that are terrific. Student have very minimum classes we have normal core classes and we have forigen language classes which consit of french and spainish. Student have art electives which are the basic drawing/ painting, photograpghy, choir, guitar, band, and ceramics, and we have our physical education. Our workload can be pretty average where it can have its intensities but otherwise its pretty average

My school very rarely has any major threats, the most we have is some minor vandelism and some small drug issues or the occansoinal school ditching incidents or the little fights between students. Bullying isnt a huge issue since were such a small school. Administration is great around here they take great pride in our school.

we have a lot of great teachers! We have a few teachers who have been here for a while. But most of the time we have teachers who have great teaching styles! the teachers understand us and know how to work with us since most of the teachers are younger. there is amazing teachers in this school and i know ill never forget them all!

This is a horrible school. The students are entitled and their behaviors are embarrassing. Admin is a joke and holds no accountability upon students whom they let get away with anything. Many coaches are highly immoral. Teachers are treated like dirt. The board encourages all of this.

my son attends this school in the 9th grade. There are no tutors available for students and this should be a resource students can access after school to understand all of the content. Since there are approximately 30 students per class, the one teacher is not able to give each student the attention they need. Kids should be able to get all of their questions answered -- that is the point of school, really.
