I can't really give a 5 rating for the value for the money as I am not current on the pricing for this type of service. All in all, though I do not feel that I was overcharged for service rendered. We had a gas leak in our line that the elbow which supplied gas to our stove. When making the call to the office to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone was quite helpful in letting me know that they did provide the type of service that I needed. I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
