This company is amazing! I looked at many companies for my basement bathroom and kitchen install, Shelby mechanical was was very fair priced comparatively. Conner was the service tech who came out. He was all you want in a service tech: courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, clean and neat, insisted he get his shoe covers from his truck even though his shoes were spotless, and took time to explain repairs to us. He repaired a problem leak in the basement ceiling for water line to humidifier and had a very challenging faucet repair. Good guy. Overall the installation process was good. One major error the technician did. After installation he ignited the gas without filling water in the tank. We heard some cracking noise and he rushed to shut down the gas. Hard to see what damage happened inside. I assume the glass liner inside the tank probably cracked and it would impact the product life beyond warranty.
