I am a bit late with this review but it's because things have been so hectic. Anyway, my sump pump failed so my basement flooded. The guy they sent out was an outstanding plumber. He not only installed a new sump pump but he used a piece of 2X4 to fasten it to the cinder block wall and it is so much quieter! Outstanding work, done quickly but with care, as if he was fixing his own sump! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They answered the call ! so many plumbers didn't even respond. They were quick, clean, pleasant, and careful. I've already recommended them to others. I also liked the flat fee that they quoted and held to.
I feel the repair cost was a little on the high side but the job was done efficiently, professionally, and in a very timely manner.
Jason, Marcus, & Kyle were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. They talked us through the process and took the time to answer questions. If you ever need a sump pump line replaced (or other plumping needs), call Shelby Mechanical.
Be sure to ask for senior discount. It's part of their advertising, but I had to remind him about it.
