They answered the call ! so many plumbers didn't even respond. They were quick, clean, pleasant, and careful. I've already recommended them to others. I also liked the flat fee that they quoted and held to.
I feel the repair cost was a little on the high side but the job was done efficiently, professionally, and in a very timely manner.
Jason, Marcus, & Kyle were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. They talked us through the process and took the time to answer questions. If you ever need a sump pump line replaced (or other plumping needs), call Shelby Mechanical.
Be sure to ask for senior discount. It's part of their advertising, but I had to remind him about it.
