Overall the installation process was good. One major error the technician did. After installation he ignited the gas without filling water in the tank. We heard some cracking noise and he rushed to shut down the gas. Hard to see what damage happened inside. I assume the glass liner inside the tank probably cracked and it would impact the product life beyond warranty. I can't really give a 5 rating for the value for the money as I am not current on the pricing for this type of service. All in all, though I do not feel that I was overcharged for service rendered. We had a gas leak in our line that the elbow which supplied gas to our stove. When making the call to the office to make an appointment, the person who answered the phone was quite helpful in letting me know that they did provide the type of service that I needed.
