The plumber showed up on time was very courteous. Conner (the plumber) did an excellent job. The whole experience with Shelby Mechanical was great.

Josh was very knowledgeable about what he was doing , showed me camera images throughout the process and explained why I needed a hydro jet to clear out calcium deposits. They came back a week later with the hydro jet, cleared out the calcium, and I was very pleased to hear that there were no tree roots!
I rely on Shelby Mechanical for all of my plumbing needs! They are quick to respond, priced fairly, provide professional service and have excellent staff. My most recent service was to lower the toilet gasket due to a new floor and to repair a leak in my kitchen. Unfortunately, this happened over Easter weekend.
