We just had our second round of windows installed by Jim Olivier's Home Improvement. We plan to order our third round next year to hopefully finish off our window replacements. We purchased shutters to protect our home during hurricanes and other horrible weather. Outstanding service from original phone call throughout installation. The entire staff is professional, courteous and helpful. Communication was excellent after placing the order through getting the shutters installed. Installation was yesterday. The shutters are excellent quality, very durable, very attractive and easy to operate. We are extremely pleased with this purchase from Jim Olivier's Home Improvement.
