Olivier Home Improvement is the most professional company i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From salesman to installers & from what i have seen so is Ms. Olivier. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her, maybe one day. The lady that contacted us on the phone was also top notch.

Absolutely the most professional organization!!! They communicated next steps after placing the order for our roof replacement, arrived on time, did spectacular job in a day & a half. Mrs. Anna even called personally to follow up after job was complete asking if her team did a good job. Top notch company everyone should use them for their roof replacements!!!

From the moment I walked into their office on Ridge Road they have been extremely helpful and professional. They kept me informed of each step along the way and completed the work almost two weeks before their projected start date. They confirmed with me every step of the way that the work was completed to my satisfaction. I would happily use them again and am checking out what else they do besides roofs I am that satisfied with their services.

From our very first call to the company to the project completion date, Jim Olivier’s exceeded our expectations. Their staff if first rate, as are their products. Our new windows were installed and the process was so easy. Vince was very professional and his work ethic was top notch. We love our new windows. We had hurricane shutters put in 2014. Mark and his crew with Jim Oliviers home improvement were punctual, considerate, cordial, and professional. They did a flawless job installing the soffit and fascia on my 24 x 40 carport / workshop. I am very pleased with the end product!

We were extremely pleased with the service and work we received. We had a leak around our chimney. They repaired it very quickly and at a price less than the quote. I will be using them again very soon to replace a door.
