We just had our second round of windows installed by Jim Olivier's Home Improvement. We plan to order our third round next year to hopefully finish off our window replacements. We are pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. The installation team is very friendly and professional. Windows look great!

Great experience from the time we initially met with the sales rep to the time that the window were installed, it was great!!! My wife & I are truly impressed with the installation & the overall quality of our new windows. From the salesman to the installers we couldn't have asked for anything better. Extremely professional. We purchased shutters to protect our home during hurricanes and other horrible weather. Outstanding service from original phone call throughout installation. The entire staff is professional, courteous and helpful. Communication was excellent after placing the order through getting the shutters installed. Installation was yesterday. The shutters are excellent quality, very durable, very attractive and easy to operate. We are extremely pleased with this purchase from Jim Olivier's Home Improvement.

Senior salesman was OK. Project Manager was not very professional or knowledgeable about how to measure for shutters, therefore I had to wait another 6 weeks for the correct measured shutters to come in and the installer measured correctly. Installer was very professional, introducing himself and explaining his work before he began. He did a very good job of cleaning up after he completed his job.
