We purchased shutters to protect our home during hurricanes and other horrible weather. Outstanding service from original phone call throughout installation. The entire staff is professional, courteous and helpful. Communication was excellent after placing the order through getting the shutters installed. Installation was yesterday. The shutters are excellent quality, very durable, very attractive and easy to operate. We are extremely pleased with this purchase from Jim Olivier's Home Improvement.

Senior salesman was OK. Project Manager was not very professional or knowledgeable about how to measure for shutters, therefore I had to wait another 6 weeks for the correct measured shutters to come in and the installer measured correctly. Installer was very professional, introducing himself and explaining his work before he began. He did a very good job of cleaning up after he completed his job.

Hands down the best experience I've had dealing with roofing companies! Doug explained everything perfectly and answered all of my questions. He was so patient with me and made sure I understood every aspect of the service and products provided. Drew and the installation crew did an amazing job! This is not a company I would do business with again. Although the company spends more than its fair share on marketing and customer service reps the overall quality of the install job alone is not in line with the cost.
