I love my new windows and doors. They reduced outside noise and my new doors are more safe and secure. My new windows look great and now can actually open if needed. The ordering process and installation crew were fast, efficient and cleaned up everything without leaving anything behind. I would highly recommend Jim Olivier's to anyone looking to improve their home. PS. the cookies were great!!

From start to finish, they were very professional. I had to have a window replaced due to damages causing a crack. They kept me up to date with the status of arrival of the new window and once arrived were quick to schedule my installation. The installer was very cordial and efficient. He explained how the new window worked and was gone in just a few hours. There was no mess once he left and Jim Olivier even took care of the warranty notifications for me.
