From start to finish, they were very professional. I had to have a window replaced due to damages causing a crack. They kept me up to date with the status of arrival of the new window and once arrived were quick to schedule my installation. The installer was very cordial and efficient. He explained how the new window worked and was gone in just a few hours. There was no mess once he left and Jim Olivier even took care of the warranty notifications for me. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my house! The workers were very professional and did an excellent job! Everyone I came in contact with were all so pleasant!
