This place was great they made a really hard experience easier to deal with I miss my Earthquakes but they took him and his blankie and gave us the gift of holding onto him forever and even though I was a blubbering mess when I dropped him off they gave me the time to say goodbye and they were so great and patient with me getting back to pick him up I recommend them to anybody 🖤🖤
I lost my Great Dane Tyson last week, Kyle made a 30 minute drive to my house to pick Tyson up. Kyle was so nice and comforting, he didn't rush and was so accommodating. I can't say enough nice things about Heavenly Pets and their staff. Thank you so much.
They did such an amazing job taking care of Marlboro for me. The urn is absolutely gorgeous and matched him so well, I love that they were able to capture his nose and paw prints and gave me the originals to keep forever, those are going in a frame. We had to put down our 10 year old Belgian Malinois last week. We found heavenly pets online, and after reading other reviews and their website decided to go with them for our boys aftercare. They were kind and professional. They texted us that he was in their care after they picked him up from the vets office. I picked up his ashes today. The complimentary urn is lovely and simple.
