They came to our home to pick up Lily. They were the perfect mixture of respectful and personable during a difficult time. After we picked her up, I didn't expect the little "extras" of her nose and paw prints. That was very thoughtful. Thank you.
They are extremely responsive if you send them a message through Facebook or call. I was able to have most everything set up through messaging which was s blessing because I was always crying uncontrollably since I knew we were going to have to put our precious boy, Brock, to sleep. On the day of the euthanasia, Kyle showed up to the vet office and came back to the room to let us know that he was there and even met Brock before the procedure. We lost our puppy and we were heartbroken. Heavenly Pets went out of their way to pick up my dog and bring him to me when they were done. Also, going above and beyond by giving us prints of his little nose and paws was so thoughtful. I definitely recommend them!
kyle is amazing. heavenly pets took amazing care of my sweet princess. I recommend them hands down. they are professional and kind.
Kyle did a fabulous job from start to finish, a very professional business man with a ton of compassion. My dog Chauncey passed away the night after Christmas, in dropped him off after 10 p.m. and Kyle knowing I wanted everything completed by the new year so I could put 2018 in my rear view mirror. I was able to communicate with Heavenly Pets almost 100% via email. This was very helpful because I was afraid that I would’ve been a sobbing mess over the phone. They were easy to schedule, picked my pet up, notified me of when they got him to their facility, and when they began the cremation process. Picking up was fast and easy and I was more than pleased.
