RecommendedWe contacted Kyle on a Sunday afternoon and he was very pleasant told us to bring up our dog he’d be waiting. He told my husband when the dogs ashes would be ready and to pick out a vessel on their website and let them know. They called to tell us to come pick up the ashes and they had them ready showing me the vessel and certificate on outside which was very nice. They fulfilled some small requests of mine without hesitation (returning the towel my cat was wrapped in; setting aside some ashes to be used for something else in the near future). RecommendedOur 15 year old cat passed, he was the first animal our 8 year old had lost, she loved him very much. The gentleman who came to pick him up from our house was very kind, and made a comment about what a beautiful cat he was. My 8 year old was afraid and hiding up the stairs and while he did not know that she would hear him, his kind words had a huge impact on her. We picked him up a few days later, in a nice wooden box with his name. His paw prints, nose and whiskers were inked onto keepsake paper.

During the most difficult time of my life losing my sweet boy they made it a great experience, was very caring, and I knew I was just getting back my boy and my boy only! Many places are ran by corporate and honestly who knows what loved ones you are getting back. This is a family ran business and they truly care about what they do!
