Just dropped our girl off
We had to put down my childhood dog recently, he would have been 14 the end of this year. I called Heavenly Pets before I had gone to the vet appt and they answered all of my questions and were so nice and considerate about our situation. When we dropped him off, the woman there was so nice and helpful. We got his remains back in a week and are so happy with how the box and prints turned out. We contacted Kyle on a Sunday afternoon and he was very pleasant told us to bring up our dog he’d be waiting. He told my husband when the dogs ashes would be ready and to pick out a vessel on their website and let them know. They called to tell us to come pick up the ashes and they had them ready showing me the vessel and certificate on outside which was very nice. The family of Heavenly Pets was so amazing. They were considerate. They fulfilled some small requests of mine without hesitation (returning the towel my cat was wrapped in; setting aside some ashes to be used for something else in the near future). I truly couldn’t have asked for more care and professionalism. Since I was within their radius, and it was within business hours, they came and picked him up for me at no charge. Heavenly Pets Oklahoma was amazing and compassionate during this heartbreaking time for our family.
Our 15 year old cat passed, he was the first animal our 8 year old had lost, she loved him very much. The gentleman who came to pick him up from our house was very kind, and made a comment about what a beautiful cat he was. My 8 year old was afraid and hiding up the stairs and while he did not know that she would hear him, his kind words had a huge impact on her. We picked him up a few days later, in a nice wooden box with his name. His paw prints, nose and whiskers were inked onto keepsake paper.
