We started working with Erin in 2016, she worked really hard for us, showing lots of homes across a broad area. Our lender pre-approval fell through however and we had to wait another year to buy. We went right back to Erin. She went all over with us and even met us on Sundays, and finally found our dream home. She walked us through every part of the process, even helped us get the utilities set up. I can not believe how much work she did for us, and can't thank her enough! We love our new house!

Erin was so good at her job. She made showing at the times we needed them and the house we wanted to see. When it came time to make an offer and then walking us through the buying of the house she did everything in a very professional way. Things worked out great and we love our new house and it is all thanks to the hard work of Erin.

I have been working with Erin for many years, she was very helpful in several areas, the first time was in my foreclosure process after my divorce. Then she helped us look for houses to rent and went out of her way to show us the rental properties in the area. We have been in our house for two years and are ready to buy a house and are considering in purchasing the rental we are in and Erin gave us many competitive properties in the area. I recommend her to everyone I know who is in need of renting or buying a home.

Erin provided immediate responses to our questions and concerns. She painstakingly showed us home after home until we found the one we bought. I think that in the end the negotiation process for us could have gone better, but I was pleased overall.

Erin was My 2nd agent with this property, 1st agent didn't have even ONE showing! after signing on with Erin, not only were there showings, but also offers! Property SOLD for more than what the previous agent said I could get for said property! Not much action on multi-units in Morris area (this was a 3 unit) the last multi-unit sold in this area was 13 months. If you want RESULTS, this is the agent you not only want, but you need!
