I am very glad I chose Erin as my listing agent. She was extremely professional and effective in staging advice, home presentation & pricing, process management and negotiations. I would also add that, having been though several real estate transactions in the last few years, Erin provided the best ongoing communications of any agent I have worked with. I would definitely recommend her.

I had the pleasure of working with Erin to find the home of my dreams this year! She was very patient and always had answers to my many questions. She sent me local listings as they popped up that met my criteria. When we finally found the house she was extremely understanding about how many times we wanted to see it and even helped us hire someone to help with one of the issues during inspection. With Erin it doesn’t feel like an exhausting process because you have a lot of support by someone with a lot of knowledge.

Erin was very nice and available for questions consistently. She really went the extra mile. Even with a slow market where I was selling she worked to keep the house I wanted under contract with extensions. Would highly recommend.

Erin Stuedemann is a great Real Estate Agent. Within one week of listing my home I had multiple good offers from qualified buyers. My home sold for more than the asking price and on the date that I requested. She made the entire home selling process go smoothly and easily handled several issues that came up. I was always kept informed of the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an expert Real Estate agent.

Erin was extremely helpful with our relocation. We went on marathon showings that were up to 40 miles apart and she did it all at the drop of a hat. She stuck with us during the torturous process of dealing with our horrible lender as we finally closed on our house. She made many great recommendations for professional services we needed but had no idea where to find them. I cannot recommend or thank her enough.
