Erin is a wonderful real estate agent! She made our experience so seamless and enjoyable. Even when our lender had us so nervous and stressed she was our rock and was so knowledgeable and supportive. Erin helped us sell our home during the pandemic lockdown! She used some creative online tools like virtual walkthrough to show our home online when no one was viewing homes in person. She always responded to any correspondence quickly and professionally. She knows the area and what the buyers are looking for. Thank you, Erin!

I listed my home during very tough market conditions. Erin was on top of every detail from the very beginning. While a couple homes in my neighborhood were listed before mine, mine sold well before the others listed by another realtor. I would highly recommend Erin to list your home.

I was in an odd time sensitive situation involving a unrelated truck incident and as a result, unable to work anymore. I needed to move my home of 40+ years (that I built board by board) FAST or loose it to the bank. There was no way I could keep it. I called on Erin with an impossible situation and she turned it into a 2 week "slam dunk" process.

Erin was so easy to work with. Felt comfortable with her as soon as we met. Her knowledge of the area and expertise of the real estate world was so helpful. We would call last minute to view the house for the 5th time and she would be there. She was so accommodating. She also listed our home and we sold in 3 weeks! I would recommend Erin to anyone if your buying or selling.
