Erin is a phenomenal realtor. She is kind and easy to talk to. She was never pushy yet she was patient and diligent in finding our family the perfect home. We highly recommend Erin! She will remain honest throughout the process and will help advocate for the needs of her clients. I will never use or recommend another realtor!

Erin was really helpful in communicating between agents and attorneys and doing it all in a timely manner. She made it easy for us to always know what the next steps would be and walked us through each part. I would definitely recommend Erin.

I was in an odd time sensitive situation involving a unrelated truck incident and as a result, unable to work anymore. I needed to move my home of 40+ years (that I built board by board) FAST or loose it to the bank. There was no way I could keep it. I called on Erin with an impossible situation and she turned it into a 2 week "slam dunk" process.

I really appreciated how responsive and professional Erin was. She was always very organized and had answers to any question that I had. Erin made the selling experience as hassle free as possible and I was able sell my home for more than I thought it would bring. Erin was so easy to work with. Felt comfortable with her as soon as we met. Her knowledge of the area and expertise of the real estate world was so helpful. We would call last minute to view the house for the 5th time and she would be there. She was so accommodating. She also listed our home and we sold in 3 weeks! I would recommend Erin to anyone if your buying or selling.

I am very glad I chose Erin as my listing agent. She was extremely professional and effective in staging advice, home presentation & pricing, process management and negotiations. I would also add that, having been though several real estate transactions in the last few years, Erin provided the best ongoing communications of any agent I have worked with. I would definitely recommend her.

I had the pleasure of working with Erin to find the home of my dreams this year! She was very patient and always had answers to my many questions. She sent me local listings as they popped up that met my criteria. When we finally found the house she was extremely understanding about how many times we wanted to see it and even helped us hire someone to help with one of the issues during inspection. With Erin it doesn’t feel like an exhausting process because you have a lot of support by someone with a lot of knowledge.

Erin was very nice and available for questions consistently. She really went the extra mile. Even with a slow market where I was selling she worked to keep the house I wanted under contract with extensions. Would highly recommend.
