I have been an extremely challenging patient o f D r. Usman's for a few years now and throughout my trials and tribulations with some dental challenges he has been the absolute best both in sorting out the problems and showing great compassion. I can't recommend he or any of his staff enough. Sandra is probably the greatest dental hygienist I've ever had and the office stuff is super too. The whole bunch "rock". Thank you guys so much.

Dr. Omar Usman is the best. I had a gum graft and implant...both went extremely well and I am thrilled with the results.
Dr Usman is very thorough explaining the procedures for gum grafting, the grafting went very well, I am still in the healing process, which is going great. I would definitely recommend Dr Usman for this procedure.
Dr Usman has excellent bedside manner. He is very friendly, takes time to explain things & doesn’t make you feel rushed. He performed gum grafting on me to treat gum recession. The procedure went off without a hitch & I healed up perfectly. I continue to see his hygienists (mainly Sandra) for check ups and to monitor other sections of gum recession. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the hygienists. Very friendly, take time to explain & offer helpful tips. I highly recommend this office.
I had an initial consultation with another periodontist and her immediate solution was to cut all of my gums back. I thought that was an extreme solution and sought a second opinion from Dr. Usman. That was the best decision I have ever made. I have been seeing Dr. Usman (and Sandra) over 10 years. It is hard to find a periodontist that will make you feel comfortable and at ease and he does every time I step into his office. His dental hygienist Sandra is wonderful. She is extremely thorough and makes sure to explain everything she is doing. I moved out of the area years ago but still travel from Toronto to Whitby to see them and will continue to.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Usman. My general dentist said he is the best periodontist in the area, so that is why I chose him to move forward with my implants. I have had two implants and so far so good. I wish I had done the implants sooner because they have changed my life.
I had a crown lengthening procedure and Dr. Usman and his staff were excellent. Dr Usman called in the evening after my surgery and one of his staff called the next day. The infection control procedures are excellent and I was extremely well informed about post op care.
