Dr. Usman is an amazing Periodontist! His staff were very helpful in leading me through my first experience with a periodontal specialist, all of my questions were answered in a friendly manner in easy to understand language. I never had to wait very long for my scheduled appointment, they ran pretty much on time and even had a coffemaker in the waiting room. In the short time I have been seeing Dr Omar Usman I have had 3 appointments either changed or cancelled and had to rebook. He may know what he is doing and a nice guy.. but if you can't get in to see him, or he constantly fails in keeping their appointments. What's the point of being a great Dr.
Stay away from this clinic and safe your money. The worst experience I ever had.
The most ignorant man I have ever met in my life double charged me after I was told one set price all he cared about was my personal life and made ignorant comments glad I saved the money and went somewhere else so unprofessional
The worst experience ever. Don't waste your time. Find another dentist. The referral letter to my family dentist arrived two months later. I had to call them a few times. They don't care about you! They are after your money. Be careful.
When referred there from dentist/orthodontist, the paperwork seems to take months to be faxed or emailed over. This is such a pain for getting my families tooth work completed! Booked appointment for 2 weeks later when told by Dr Usman that paperwork would be sent and there was nothing. Office was closed. Second time!!!
Dr. Usman cares more about you not stepping on his precious expensive hardwood floors with your shoes, than he does about your overall dental health. I have never experienced a Dental Office where you are expected to remove your shoes at the door, and wear little blue paper booties in the waiting room/dental office. He's clearly only in the business to make big bucks. He makes promises he can't keep, and when there is a problem, he could care less about his patients' overall dental health.
