Dr Usman and his team are a class act. From the initial consultation to the surgery to the follow ups, everyone at the office has been amazing and supportive. Dr Usman's skills are fantastic. I would't trust anyone else!
I have had three tooth implants and bone grafts with Dr. Usman, and have the utmost trust in him and the incredible staff at Durham Periodontics. My procedures have been complex and his ingenuity and talent is amazing. Following each surgery, I experienced only mild discomfort, no pain, and very little bleeding. Highly recommended - great experience with doctor and staff. Implant was painless procedure and zero discomfort following. Only wish it was cheaper as my insurance doesn't cover.

I am thrilled to finally be out of pain, and was treated with kindness, respect and a wealth of information. I would recommend this kind and brilliant gentleman in a heartbeat!
Highly professional and impressively run clinic. Dr. Usman and his staff are examples of truly knowledgeable and experienced professionals. They are genuinely caring and Dr. Usman was particularly willing to answer questions and treats his patients the respect. I had gum surgery and expected to endure pain and bleeding at least for 48 hours. Instead, I had very mild pain and no bleeding at all. Tylenol was all I needed to manage pain and only for 12 hours. Hardly any visible swelling. Thank you, Dr. Usman!
