First visit for a dental problem while my regular dentist's office was on vacation. They got me in the very next day, were professional and friendly and went above and beyond. Very satisfied.
He and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. They get you in on time, explain things clearly and make you feel safe and comfortable. What more can you ask for!
Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially in the middle of a pandemic, but I felt safe. Cleaning procedures were in evidence; staff and Dr. were courteous
I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Hawkins. When you walk into his office your always greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. I've never waited more then a few minutes in the waiting room and every time I contact them for an appointment, they have this amazing ability to make me feel like I am the most important patient they have. They have gotten to know me over the years and I appreciate the care that they give.
Dr. Hawkins is concerned beyond just dental, he looks at overall health. He is awesome about explaining everything, every detail, in language a layman can understand. I have been very impressed with the doc and all of his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Hawkins for anyone who wants a true professional.
I was told by my doctor, for an unrelated (to Dentistry) medical procedure, to seek the advice of a dental professional within the next three days. Dr. Hawkins and Staff were very caring about my teeth pain and sympathetic to the fact that I had recently lost my Husband. Dr. H even told me to notify them if I needed help with anything beyond Dentistry. Very caring... You see my Husband died after struggling for 2 1/2 years with infections that began after hip replacement surgery by Dr. MacArthur of Alpine Clinic at Littleton Hospital in NH. Dr. Hawkins and staff were exceptional..................
Dr Hawkins is obsessed with x-rays. At my last routine cleaning, the office worker told me that Dr. Hawkins was very concerned about a part of my x-ray. She said it looked like cancer and that it could not wait. I agreed - out of fear. They took the x-ray. Dr. Hawkins then assured me, without looking at the x-ray, that it most likely was not cancer. The x-ray cost $1000. My insurance company did not cover the x-ray. They then refused to finish my root canal because I owed $1000.
