Dr Hawkins and his staff are amazing. The professionalism, quality of work, and compassion/ reassurance for people who are uncomfortable are all remarkable. The best dental practice I have ever been to, and in two visits (one involving a crown) cured me of a decades long fear of going to a dentist.
I have been seen by Dr. Hugh since my former dentist left the area. He is honest, gentle and shares with you the options. His staff are wonderful. The facility is sparkling clean. I feel safe there.
First visit for a dental problem while my regular dentist's office was on vacation. They got me in the very next day, were professional and friendly and went above and beyond. Very satisfied.
He and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. They get you in on time, explain things clearly and make you feel safe and comfortable. What more can you ask for!
Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially in the middle of a pandemic, but I felt safe. Cleaning procedures were in evidence; staff and Dr. were courteous
I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Hawkins. When you walk into his office your always greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. I've never waited more then a few minutes in the waiting room and every time I contact them for an appointment, they have this amazing ability to make me feel like I am the most important patient they have. They have gotten to know me over the years and I appreciate the care that they give.
Dr. Hawkins is concerned beyond just dental, he looks at overall health. He is awesome about explaining everything, every detail, in language a layman can understand. I have been very impressed with the doc and all of his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Hawkins for anyone who wants a true professional.
I was told by my doctor, for an unrelated (to Dentistry) medical procedure, to seek the advice of a dental professional within the next three days.
