Dr. Hawkins and Staff were very caring about my teeth pain and sympathetic to the fact that I had recently lost my Husband. Dr. H even told me to notify them if I needed help with anything beyond Dentistry. Very caring... You see my Husband died after struggling for 2 1/2 years with infections that began after hip replacement surgery by Dr. MacArthur of Alpine Clinic at Littleton Hospital in NH. Dr. Hawkins and staff were exceptional..................
Dr Hawkins is obsessed with x-rays. At my last routine cleaning, the office worker told me that Dr. Hawkins was very concerned about a part of my x-ray. She said it looked like cancer and that it could not wait. I agreed - out of fear. They took the x-ray. Dr. Hawkins then assured me, without looking at the x-ray, that it most likely was not cancer. The x-ray cost $1000. My insurance company did not cover the x-ray. They then refused to finish my root canal because I owed $1000.
