I was scheduled quickly due to a possible tooth/crown fracture. X-rayed, consulted, given choices, and at this time non-invasive. Basically, better than I was hoping. Always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
I was very spoiled with 15+ years of previous dental care before I relocated to the North Country. Prior to that, in 20 years, no one dentist had earned my loyalty. I needed a biopsy on my gums and my visit was very comfortable, everything was explained to me on the process, and I was never uncomfortable or in pain. The reception area people were very friendly and explained the payment and insurance process. In general, I know I made the right decision to change to Dr. Hawkins as my dentist.
Great Service, easy visit to clean my teeth, very friendly and great information for keeping my teeth and mouth in good shape. I am so pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Hawkins as my new dentist and all of the staff as well are what you hope to have in a medical environment, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Everything was explained to me during my nearly 2 hour procedure. My comfort was a primary concern as well. Dr. Hugh and his technician checked in with me often as to how I was doing. They allowed plenty of opportunities for answering my questions, and were very thorough about what to expect post procedure. The written instructions for post procedure care were excellent . Dr. Hugh and his staff are professional, friendly and very understanding. They make you feel very comfortable and always explain everything they are doing. My husband and I always enjoy our checkups with Kate. I highly recommend Dr. Hugh's Dental!!!
this was a follow-up visit to look at an issue with my gums, the situation was clearly explained to me and what needs to be done next. I appreciate the friendless of all of the staff, the welcoming atmosphere of the office which makes it easier to go to the dentist. This was clearly the right choice for me to switch from my other dentist.
