This course is in good condition and staff were friendly and helpful. Chardonnay Golf Course is in the southern part of Napa Valley, situated near Highway 12. The course was in good condition, with the fairways and greens well maintained. The greens were pretty quick on this day, and the pin positions challenging. The course designer must have been thinking of dieting when he created the greens, as most are quite narrow with very little width, like a thin waistline. THIS COURSE HAS DIFFCULT GREENS THIS COURSE WAS TEE TO GREEN CHALLENGING BUT NOT OVERWELMING. THE GREENS WERE THE MOST DIFFICULT. THEY WERE HARD TO READ AND THE SPEED WAS NOT CONSISTENT THROUGH OUT THE COURSE. OVERALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE COURSE EXCEPT FOR THE TEE BOXES WERE IN HORRIBLE SHAPE. SOME TEE BOXES IT WAS HARD TO FIND A DECENT SPOT TO HIT FROM.

Tough on golf now tee times Member oriented golf course. Look down on non-member specially discounted tee times

This is a incredible layout Your views are all vineyards. Greens are tough to hold. Love that. All chips must be high to land soft , or they are gone. Highly recommend this one.

Plenty good course. Plenty good course. Greens and fairways in good shape. Cart paths are quite beat up, but that's not a big deal. Tee boxes were chewed up. Pace of play that day was awful!

Greens are good, tee boxes need A LOT of work decent but no course marshals to speed up slow groups. Tee boxes are not level, need a lot of work

challenging but fun course with great views This course isn't difficult to the point that it's frustrating, but it definitely requires some accuracy on approach. The greens are fast, and often don't break as much as one would expect. Overall its a good time and the food is great, too.

Great greens, super staff. Greens were extraordinarily good...but wicked! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is a really nice course worth putting on your agenda when in the Napa area.
