Very fair and challenging course. A couple of straight forward holes, and a few very challenging make for a nice mix.
Beautiful course, quality views from a few of the tee boxes First time out on this course. Very grateful that there was water available to drink, very hot day to play. The course is very scenic and also very long for a novice golfer, even playing from the gold tees!! Greens were tricky to putt on with many breaks which were difficult to read......but still a nice experience.

Course is in Great Shape!! Greens were true and fairways were in great shape. Tee'd off @ 7:20am and finished our round just before 11:00. Definitely coming back!!
Two enjoyable days Played here twice during a napa valley visit. The first day was so windy that it was difficult to stand and the greens were fast. Came back for a second try and enjoyed the experience. The greens are fast and narrow. Difficult to hold. Winding thru the vineyards was pleasant.

Excellent I stopped playing at Chardonnay several years ago when the greens and fairways were not well kept. I have now played Chardonnay 3 times in the last month. The new course superintendent has done an excellent job with everything... The fairways are in good condition and the greens are excellent!! They are smooth fast and difficult but fair as putts hold their line and are not bumpy.
great course narrow greens plus tight fairways are a definate challenge.
Challenging Course, nice condition, good test of golf Challenging course, not for novice or for players who play occasional rounds.
