Great course to play. I like this course. There are beautiful scenaries and the course is fair with many challengeing holes. The greens are in great condition. Just make sure you stay in bounds to avoid a high score.
What else do you want!!! This place is awesome! I have played private courses and this one can easily be a qualifier for a major. This course is groomed well. You can tell they actually roll the greens and put seed in the divots. Everywhere you look you are surrounded by grapevines which have a unique allure altogether. fun course We would play there again. The conditions were very good and lunch was excellent and a good value.
Nice course but slow play. This course was nice to play and provided just the right amount of challenge for me (I'm a 9). Since I played on a Saturday it was the slowest round I have ever played (5+ hours). They packed way to many people on. If you choose to play here try and do it on a weekday or in the morning.
the course is a fun, interesting design The fairway conditions were better than many of the other bay area courses at this time of year (not as dry). The greens were fast and true. I always have a fun time when I come here to play golf.
Great course Difficult course if playing fron the back tees. Lots of hazards!
Chardonay has never been better I am a serious golfer...in that I take it seriously and appreciate it when a course takes its preparation seriously...and Chardonay has done just that...the course is in excellent condition and I have not seen their greens in this good of condition in 10 or 15 years. The truth is that I remember when Chardonay opened and yesterday when I played the greens were in the best shape I have ever seen them.
