Of course it was a Thanksgiving weekend, our primary vet is short staffed and only open 4 days a week, so based on several recommendations we came to Animal Clinic Northview. RecommendedWe brought our dog to Northview Animal Clinic two weeks ago. He was brought in to the emergency. Dr. Reppart saw Hershey right away with no waiting. We had a sample so they tested that and found the problem easily. They could have charged us for extra tests easily bit did not. Two weeks later and Hershey is back to his normal self. I will be driving from the Sandusky area to support this animal hospital when Hershey's regular checkup time gets here because of the great service we received.
RecommendedEven though the outcome wasn't what we wanted, the staff was incredible, especially considering the amount of emergencies coming in over the weekend. They were patient and caring and kept us informed every step of the process. Dr.. Felicia called multiple times over the weekend, we discussed our options at length and, after we agreed what would be done, allowed us ample amount of time to let our beloved golden retriever be at peace feeling our presence.
