Recommendedwe really appreciated that they were available to see Dixie same day but the wait was 6 hrs. our air conditioner was broken in our car it was 90 degrees outside we had to beg to come inside. Her splint came off we called we were told it be at least 8 hrs. I felt like we should have been better informed about the likely hood of the splint working to completely heal our baby. After spending $1000. it didn't work and we had to put her to sleep. it would have been much better to know the facts from the start
Is everyone was super friendly. I was in-and-out in no time diagnosis on my puppy was perfect she's all better now if it wasn't so far I would go there all the time.
Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and efficient.
Dr Rapport took such care with my little Chihuahua QTip who had a non stop seizure. All measures taken I made the decision to let him go. The vet was so good it was the most peaceful euthanasia ever. He was so kind. I would never hesitate to have this procedure at the clinic with that vet. Thank you highly recommended
they were very attentive to Lexie, and made her feel so comfortable. The staff was great

We were provided the utmost care when we had to say goodbye to our cat. It was nice to feel the gentleness and sensitivity they extended to all of us. We were not their regular patients, but they treated us like we were.
I had to get my sweet boy to a vet on a Sunday because I was terrified of an infection. I went all the way to Cleveland to be told that I might as well go home and wait until tomorrow because they were too busy. So I did some googling and found Northview, which I wish I had known existed since it was 30 min closer to me. The staff was AWESOME on the phone and in person. They warned me it would probably be about 4 hours because it was a crazy night, but got him right into an exam room so at least we weren't waiting elsewhere ... read more
