RecommendedI had to get my sweet boy to a vet on a Sunday because I was terrified of an infection. I went all the way to Cleveland to be told that I might as well go home and wait until tomorrow because they were too busy. So I did some googling and found Northview, which I wish I had known existed since it was 30 min closer to me. The staff was AWESOME on the phone and in person. They warned me it would probably be about 4 hours because it was a crazy night, but got him right into an exam room so at least we weren't waiting elsewhere ... read more
Went last Sunday and was in quickly and the they took care of my Labradoodle in a very timely manner. TY
Very organized and even though they were very busy, they came out to check on my dog within minutes to make sure he was ok.

Everybody was very professional. They were well organized and nothing was confusing for me. The doctor was great and explained the things that I needed to know. She answered all of my questions and I left with a confidence knowing that my PUP was in the right place.
Took my vomiting puppy who all of the sudden started with diarrhea in around 2 am. We were out and he was feeling slightly better by 330am!
While experience for last past appointment was very frustrating to say nothing about lengthy at 4hrs, my experience this week was positive. They got me in in a timely manner and very satisfied with the treatment.
There is always someone there in an emergency to treat your animal. That is priceless in an urgent situation. They have equipment and staff to diagnose things smaller clinics don’t have. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
They are very helpful and courteous and experienced in all sicknesses to all breeds of animals. You know everything is being done to help your pet.
