They are so professional but also so easy to work with. We LOVE our particular vet and travel over an hour to see her!
They got my daughter’s sick guinea pig in the day we called when vets local to us couldn’t see him for two to three weeks. The vet took great care of him and he’s feeling better already. Highly recommend.

Our girl was diagnosed with congestive heart failure some months back. After a recent hospitalization from her usual vet, we took her home for supportive care, and while she was progressing for some days, she unfortunately took a turn for the worse. At a point, we saw her suffering was increasing and we knew we may have to make the difficult decision we all dread. The staff was very caring and sympathetic with the situation we were in with our dog. They gave us immediate care in the parking lot and kept us informed of o ur dog's condition.
I was very satisfied with the care my Yorkie received. The only thing I had a problem with was the wait. We take our pets because we think we have an emergency and then to be told it will be a 4 hour wait before they can be seen by a vet does not feel right to me. An emergency pet hospital must have track records on these 4-6 hour waits. They need to hire more vets. There was only one vet on duty. It was exactly 4 hours before my baby was seen. The treatment and care of my baby was excellent.
