Every staff member we encountered from my initial phone call to the last tech before we left treated us with the utmost empathy and compassion. The veterinarian took the time I needed to talk about the decision I was making. There is absolutely nothing they could or should have done differently that evening to make the hardest decision more tolerable, and I’m very grateful for that.
