We‘ve been going to ACN any time we‘ve needed a specialist for about 10 years. The doctors & staff have always been friendly & helpful when needed and, importantly, not Unnecessarily Helpful ($$) when not needed.
Two weeks ago I made the difficult decision to take my dog to sleep. The treatment was excellent, warm and they treat pets with great respect. Yesterday I received a card from them lamenting the loss of my Shellsea, a super nice detail. 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I drive 35 mins to see this vet. Dogs like children generally don't get sick Monday-Friday 8-5. Their hours assure me that my pup will be taken care of no matter what time or day it is.
After a horrible experience with our normal vet who would not listen to us telling them something was wrong with our boy, we packed up and took our 11 year old dog to Northview because we just knew something was wrong. Thank goodness we did because cancer was found and the staff was amazing. They made our boy comfortable as we said our goodbyes and never rushed us saying goodbye. We cannot say enough about this Animal Clinic. The kindness and compassion towards our loved dog and our family during a tough decision is truly amazing. Saying goodbye to a dog is such a terrible experience for a family. Northview made it so much easier with all the compassion and tenderness they could give. I highly recommend them for all services. 🐾
Dr. Schmeiser is Awesome. I had to take a client's fur baby on Xmas eve. She is so comforting, intelligent, understanding and professional. Unfortunately he did not survive. She was there to see me all the way through. I think she even cried with me. I highly recommend her. Tina, Cleveland
I had to take my very sick cat Callie in an emergency situation, and even though you are not my regular vet, you gave her very good care and treated us both with care and kindness. Sadly she passed a few days later, but I sincerely appreciate everything you all did for her. I would definitely recommend you.
