I was very happy we decided to try Animal Clinic Northview. the check in process was easy, prompt and efficient. Dr. Mooney arrived quickly in the exam room and was very friendly and explained the plan for the overnight care! her prompt attention to detail was much appreciated. I run a non-profit and for me it wasn't about the money but more about the patient/client relationship and feeling like someone actually cares. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Over my lifetime I've had to put down many animals for various reasons. This is the most amazing vet I have ever been to. The level of caring they showed to me and my cat was above and beyond. I was not rushed and they even encouraged me to take my time. Getting to say goodbye and take as much time as I needed will be something I will always be thankful for.
On Friday June 9th it was just a normal day, I was sitting on the couch with my golden Bravo just hanging out. All of the sudden he started shaking and drooling, we quickly realized he was having a seizure. We called our vet and they recommended Northview. I called and we started our 35 minute drive there. The staff here is great and they work super hard. It’s always a very busy place and each staff member I have encountered has handled the chaos with grace. I’ve had regular appointments and a few emergency visits with my dog, and even though the wait can be a bit long sometimes, we’re always comfortable and leave feeling better than when we arrived.
