I worked with Alan in the past and he was the only one we considered to list and buy with! We had very specific wants for our next home and Alan & Allison patiently showed us many homes, even short notice so that we could be the first ones in. ALAN WORKED HARD TO SELL OUR HOME. THROUGH HIS ONLINE SERVICE IT WAS LOOKED AT BY MANY BUYERS. ALAN MADE WEEKLY UPDATES WITH US EVEN AFTER A PURCHASE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED UNTIL CLOSING, ALAN KNOWS THE BUSINESS AND HOW TO SELL A HOME. Provided good information and was responsive. Was helpful in getting price set in the proper range. Also did a good job in getting photo listings done in the correct manner. Had multiple showings in a very short time with several offers. Overall the process went quite smooth and we were able to sell the property in a relatively short period of time. Based on our experience I would recommend using the Alan Wood team.

Alan sells properties quickly. He allows substantial seller input on sale prices and has good intuition on whether or not to accept buyer's offers. Easy going guy that is energetic and passionate about the business. Best realtor in Rochester.
What's not to like? He and his team got the job done. He met all of our needs, wishes and demands. I recommend him highly. There was a disconnect between the closing dates of the house we sold and the house we bought such that if it had happened that way my wife and I would have been exposed to the possibility of having to pay two mortgages.
